Eric and the team were amazing. They fixed the rear taillight on my 2001 boxster and found the source of the oil leak. They even coordinated with out of state shop we had used previously to fix it at no cost! He also contacted the parts manufacturer and had the part we needed sent directly here- it was still under warranty. They were very communicative and did excellent work. Added bonus- he is willing to communicate via text too!

I had an outstanding experience getting my Mazda serviced here! Eric was very professional, communicative, and truly dedicated to quality work. They went above and beyond by following up after I picked up my car to make sure everything was running perfectly. That level of care and customer service is hard to find. My vehicle is doing great, and they have officially earned my business for all future repairs. If you are looking for honest, top-tier automotive service, I highly recommend Eric and this shop! 10/10 ⭐️

The only repair shop I will ever use in Killeen. Very upfront and with no hidden cost or hassle. I was Out of town for work and had my car dropped off, and even knowing I wasn’t in town they still gave me the fastest service and worked with me throughout the process. I highly recommend Eric and his crew on any of your vehicle maintenance needs

I had a great experience! My car had several issues, and they provided a detailed breakdown of everything that was wrong, complete with pictures and a clear estimate. The repairs came with warranties, which gave me peace of mind. On top of that, their team was incredibly polite and always available to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend!

10/10 So I was in a bit of a emergency, I went to a oil change place. Yknow, one of the quick in and out 20min or less place. Their tech got my oil filter off and said I it wouldnt go back on. Something about oil housing damage. I called First Choice Automotive Repair to verify the claims. Eric, the Service Advisor that was helping me, was super pleasant and friendly to deal with. He manage to fit me in their busy schedule, then arrange a tow truck for me, and the top it off , schedule an uber for me. His mechanics got me in, and with their skill and experience, they diagnose, that there wasn't a problem In quick order and proceeded to put the oil filter on. They documented everything well and it led me to get it a refund from the quick in and out place that couldn't get the filter on. For the level of experience and detail that First Choice Automotive Repair mechanics have. I would say the price favored me the consumer. A bit more than fair. I recommend.
